Why is my home listed as having been sold? Who bought it? It's mine. Check your facts before posting

I am very upset. My home is not sold, who is supposed to have bought it? I want to KNOW that information. There seems to be no problem "listing" when a home has been sold, why shouldn't the homeowner be told who bought their home?
