Why is my home listed on the wrong property, and what happened to the info I included in the past?

My home is located on the wrong property on this site. Not that it is for sale, but I included updates in the past, and those facts about my home are no longer listed.My home would be worth more money with the improvements that we have done!  I'm confused and I think the person who makes this site is confused also! : )
