If you want to add it to the database now without actually putting it up for sale, you can do a Make Me Move posting. After it appears, if you wish, you can remove the MMM simply by going to "Edit" on the home details page,and clicking on the remove option. However, keep in mind the house's price history will include this price, but as just a MMM price. I have on occasion see posters who were irritated by that get in touch with IceL. who has removed this entry for them. Again this only applies to a MMM.

The above is our parcel number with Yavapaii county.
We have since purchasing home, remodeled interior, new flooring,paint, added kitchen space, put in a hobby room, added porches, roofed horse pen, built small barn/shed, and have added another metal shed as well as landscaped.
Please advise as to what you all think value is. We have 4 bedrooms, hobby room, and 2 baths with shower tub combo's/toilets and sink, and another bath with shower/toilet and sink.

This home has had same physical address since it was built in 1999.
The home is NOT forsale nor in for closure.
We are on county data base, pay taxes etc. Have a mortgage...so why are we not listed?
