The house associated with this MLS number in any MLS out there is located at 231 Seal Biloxi in MS 39530.
Is that your house?

A lot of my listings are pulled from the OTHER sites that I advertise on. You can enter your own listing here, but if you are paying an agent tell him/her to do so.

I didn't see your listing on the Austin Board of Realtors MLS system under that number. Check with your listing agent. I usually put my new listings on Zillow as soon as I put them in the MLS, becuase like most people are saying. It takes about 3 days.

Because your agent is a techno-slacker.......or it could be that it just hasn't syndicated yet. But syndication shouldn't take more than 3 days.
In most cases the individual agent has to cause their listings to appear on Zillow. You're agent can pay to place the listing directly onto Zillow or simply upload the listing to Postlets and then it will be syndicated to Zillow and other websites.

Zillow doesn't syndicate with most MLS services. So, is your agent getting it into a data feed that goes to Zillow? Postlets, listhub and others are examples of data feed services your agent (or you if doing a FSBO) could be using.

Is your home newly listed? Zillow uses timed downloads to pull in their information from the many, many MLS's across the nation. If you just put your home on the market, it could take several days before it populates not only to Zillow, but to other real estate sites as well. If your listing is not new, your best bet will be to contact your listing agent.

Why is my home not listed on Zillow even though it's on the MLS? 236647
