Luther's response is correct for "why". What can you do? Use the "report problem" found as a choice under "edit" on one of them so Zillow can send one for deletion. They will delete the one that was created by the property listing.

It appears that when it was on the market, in '09, it had 2 listings input at the same time. One with more complete information than the other.

Why's this listed twice? You are "zestimating" my home twice. One is extremely inaccurate.
