I did add the home improvements. My value went down 1.2% even though a home about a block away, jiust like mine sold for almost $20,000.00 more in July, 2009. That home has a wooden fence not a masonty fence. This zestimate is insulting..

i agree with rachel - I have noticed some neighborhoods have had low comps they are pulling from especially with the increase in short sales

Don't believe it, this website is a scam!!! A home that is newer and in excellent shape would have the same estimate as a home that is old and in nasty shape. All they do is average the sale of the homes with the square foot and come up with a fictitious estimate. It is not worth a damn!!

It doesn't look as though you have added those improvements to your home. This will help your zestimate after you add them.

Why is my home so undervalued. I have a masonry fence. New paint inside/outside, new carpets/floor
