It depends. If the house is listed for sale by an agent, but it not for sale, it may be on an old listings feed. Zillow can help you remove it if you flag it using the owner tools on your main house page, but it is faster to call the agent directly.
You can find the agent contact info on your home page. Call the agent directly and tell him to remove it from Zillow and from the feed. You can find the source of the Zillow listing by looking at the bottom of the page for the "listing provided by " hotlink. Removing a feed is quick and takes only 1-3 days to be unlisted.
After the listing is down you can also remove any left over photos or information that the agent added, you can claim your house and remove them yourself immediately. They have instructions on claiming/editing here and instructions on removing photos here. Hope it helps.
