Why is my homes zestimate so low?

Our home (132 S 475 W, Springville, Ut) has a zestimate of $225,000. A neighboring home has 300 less sq footage of the home, a slightly bigger lot, with the same # of bed and baths, but iur zestimate is $32,000 less than theirs. What gives, and how can we get our zestiamte increased,

Zestimates are just a guesstimate.  If you want the most accurate current value of your home, ask a local real estate agent to do a CMA.  It will take more detailed info into account and be more accurate.  Almost all agents will do at no cost.
