Why is my house, 2543 Minton Drive, Moon Township Pa, valued so low?

How did you determine what my house is worth?  It is a 5 br,,3.5 bath home with white custom brick and custom white mortar.  It has 13 rooms including 2 oversized, a cherry paneled study with built in book cases;  hardwood floors, crown molding, a cherry panel in the oversized family room, 2 fire places, 2 sky lights, a new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a huge deck off the back side of the house, a patio, and a deck off the master bedroom, which has a tray ceiling.  The bathrooms and kitchen have ceramic floors.  There are French Doors in the Dining Room and Family room leading to the deck.   In the gameroom, there are French Doors leading to the patio.  The master bedroom has French Doors leading to the private deck.  The landscaping is professional and the lot is extremly private.  There are many other ameniteies.  I would like to know why you have it listed so low?  I had it professionally appraised at $580,000.  Do you think you could possibly raise your appraisal to something more realistic?   Thank you.  Sharon Griffeth
