Why is my house for sale? I've never put it on the market after I purchased it 3 months ago!!

You had updated infos and I deleted all the photos... but now they are all back on with "For sale" sign.... Can it be on the market without the owner's knowledge or permission?  Is it even legal?  Please correct the listing ASAP.
