A Condominium is a type of ownership, not a description of the home. Everyone traditionally thinks of a condo as a group of units attached together, but a single family home could in reality be owned as a condominium. If you wanted to share an address, we could check it out for you or you could go to Los Angeles County Recorders web site and look it up for yourself. I do not know of any neighborhoods in La Verne where SFR's are catagorized as condos. However, it is very common in the Inland Empire and Orange County.
