Why is my house listed for higher on Zillow?  My house is for sale at $189,000.00 but it is on here for $189,900.00.

Was the listing source (at the bottom of the page) accurate?

I can find three houses at that price in the town you've identifed, two of the three say $189,900 in the listing source.  the third doesn't identify a listing source.

Hi~

It's listed by my agent and she said that she would look into the price difference but it's still incorrect.  I guess I'll bug her again.  Thanks

Is your house listed by an agent or have you listed it yourself as a FSBO?  If an agent, go to the bottom of the property details page and investigate the listing source to see if it is accurate.
