It appears you are looking on MLS sites and finding it, but not finding it on Zillow. This suggests your local MLS does not syndicate with Zillow. (Zillow is not an MLS site). Therefore, please ask your agent what s/he is going to do to get it on a feed that goes to Zillow (and probably a lot of other internet sites).

If I look at msp.themlsonline.com or any other mls site for Minnesota, it shows up... For Zillow not to have it show up seems rather odd.

Is your agent's MLS syndicated with Zillow? Most aren't. If not, then they will have to be put in a site that does syndicate with Zillow. Some brokerages have feeds to Zillow, others agents use postlets, listhub or vflyer to get properties to Zillow and other sites.
Why is my listing in MLS not showing up on Zillow?
I had it set to "make me move" for a while, but it's now in MLS. It should show up on the site as "for sale".
