Zillow is not syndicated with the MLSs. What data feed are you using to get it to ZIllow?

There are listings from Tulsa MLS on zillow. How are some getting there and others are not, all from the same mls site?

Open one of the listings on Zillow in your town that you think is coming from the MLS. Scroll to the very bottom on the home details page and look for the listing website. Is it the MLS? You can figure that out by clicking on the blue listing website and identifying the listing source. Chances are very good (>99%) that it is going through a third party such as listhub or a broker's data feed to Zillow. Many agents use postlets, vflyer, listhub and others.

Ok, go to listing #1114210. How did it get on there?

What do you see at the bottom of the home details page? Is there a blue listing website? Perhaps you could provide a link. While one can sometimes search with MLS numbers successfully on Zillow, it is not an MLS site and is cumbersome

There is no blue listing website. It says contact agent. Just go to search on zillow and enter zipcode 74081. Look for the house that is $139,500. That is the listing I am referring to.

This listing is being sent to us via Listhub:

Like Wetdawgs said, in general MLS's do not directly send us their feed. The exception being 2 MLS's in the whole country:

You can syndicate your listings to Zillow through a feed (data file). You can call your MLS and ask if they are syndicating listings to us or use a third party to do this. We also get feeds from individual agents and brokerages, (aka KW, CB, Prudential, Windermere). If you are part of a brokerage you can ask them to set up a feed. For more information on broker feeds and sending listings to Zillow please follow this link.

You can create your own listings on Postlets and send them to Zillow. Postlets is a Zillow company that allows you to send listings for free to several real estate sites across the web.

@Debbie
you might try using postlets- it's very easy to do. and then talk with your broker about signing up for a feed. It's really nice when the broker does it through list hub or other feed. Most of the larger brokerages already do it.that's why you see so many on there.

Why is my listing in Terlton, Okla mls1126769 not showing up on Zillow?
