Why is my listing not showing up?

I created a Postlet on November 8th (a week ago) and my listing has yet to show up on Zillow. I was wondering if someone could fix this please. Postlet ID 6553383

Neil,

Thank you for getting back to me! Unfortunately, I am trying to claim the listing but it's not letting me.It says I need to upgrade my account to an Agent Account. I fill out all the required fields and click submit and it takes me back to the same page asking me to fill everything out.
