Why is my nieghbors home worth more when facts show otherwise?

I own home at 10560 Moore Rd, Gotha, Fl 34734 and my nieghbor's home is 2 lots away at 10520 Moore Rd.  My home is newer, larger in living area and much larger in gross (under roof) area, both same size lots yet you have his home valued more than $15,000 than mine. His is vinyle panel sideing and mine is stucco'd. Additionally mine is much better maintaned. Please do a comparison of the Orange County Florida tax records of each home to verify this. The County appraised values are nearly the same. Why is Zillow so far off?  Dave, owner

Dave , Relax. Zillow is a good tool but it's not the gospel. A good local realtor and a good local appraiser will help you price your home accordingly. After a sale , your calculations will adjust to reflect. If your neighbor just bought the house, that is a good thing. You price could go up because of the different amenities.
