Why is my property not outlined as others on this site?

When I see any area on your maps, all owners have their property line drawn around the area that is owned by them.  Why is my property size not seen?

Read Rachel's explanation of the white line in her answer in the thread attached to the link below. However, I really haven't any clue what "tied to a parcel" means. Pasa where are you?
