Good question. Sometimes zillow will have duplicate or old feeds. Usually they provide the date listed. Call the latest.

Sometimes this happens because when a listing (for sale/for rent) is entered and doesn't merge with the original with the public facts.
Zillow will remove duplicates, leaving the one with the public data.

Good question. I have never seen that before. Could it be that there are 3 parcel numbers for this property?

Why is one and the same property listed three times - all with different numbers?
