A "Zestimate" is not a reliable source for value it is a computerized model based on sales in your neighborhood. There is really no rhyme nor reason to it... Click here for more information.

If you are looking to refinance your lender can offer a few other resources that might deem more reliable or if you are considering selling then consult with your trusted agent. If you need a referral just ask.
