Why is the 2011 tax assessment not shown for my property?

The tax assessment for my property went up between 2010 and 2011 yet your Zestimate has the value going the opposite direction. The current 2011 assessment is not included in your database.  If you generate a Zestimate for a property, I suggest Zillow also use the most recent tax assessments. Thank you.

Zillow may not have received the figure. You can go in and claim your property and edit facts, put the assessment in the remarks section until Zillow catches up.
