It is offered for rent at $3500 per month. It was listed for sale in Nov. 2008 for $449,900.
I would imagine that the other properties listed at $1250 and $1500 are also offered as rentals.

I looked into a property because I was interested in purchasing it. I first typed in the zip code and came up with 1134 properties. I found several that were listed at $1500.00, one at $1250.00, and one at $3500.00. It is the latter that I'm interested in. 115433 has a listed sales price of $3500 and the monthly payment is listed for $15.00. Even the aerial birdseye photo shows an estimate of 4K. This listing says nothing about leasing.
Then I clicked onto the listing partner Point 2, Laura Ludwig is the agent. This address is also listed as $3500.00 on this website
