My condo is estimated $527,000. The other identical condos (square footage, layout, age, etc.) are estimated between $570,500 - 589,500. The 2 others that are nearly identical except smaller and end units are estimated at 589,000 & 622,500.

Can you provide us the address of your condo?

Please also keep in mind that aside from home facts, previous sale transactions, tax information, and number of homes that have sold in the geographic area, etc. may also be taken into consideration with the Zestimate calculation.
