Why is the home next to 112 Longlea Drive, clover SC valued higher with no upgrades when purchased

Why is the home next door  to 112 Longlea Drive, Clover SC always valued higher with no upgrades when purchased or after purchase.  A few of the upgrades were entered on zillow and the value increased and that home increased also.  There is no way these two homes are in comparison except in size and model.

I would not go by Zillows zestimates. Check your own home and you'll be suprised what they Zestimate that at too. Call a Realtor in your area for the real facts. Zillow is off in who knows where land trying to tell people in Clover what their homes are worth without knowing the area or subdivisions which can make a big difference.
One thing I can say is, home values are now going by sq.ft. in a subdivision per banks & moartgage lenders. They don't seem to be taking upgrades or anything into condsideration. In fact, Zillow & banks/Mortgage lenders are taking Foreclosures & Short Sales when doing a CMA, comparative market analysis to get a homes price. it's a mess!!

Probably because the purchase price was higher  and the tax assessment as last reported was higher.

From what I understand Zillow collates a broad variety of criteria and then comes up with a Zestimate. Sometimes they get it wrong. Contact your Realtor and they should be able to help you with that.
