When a listing is removed from a feed, Zillow shows that under the price history of the listing. Listings can come out of a feed for a number of reasons and sometimes they shouldn't have come down. In the mean time, you can check the listing here.

I don't know. Usually that happens when the agent or owner cancels the ad on Zillow, it expires or was sold but the sale has not shown up on Zillow yet.
