HI ahro -
They are correct. You can update your home facts by claiming your home. You can follow wetdawgs instruction to do so. If you still need help with this, you can reply to this thread or email me by clicking "Contact" in my profile.
Thank you.

This small of a number is not going to effect your home sale. You, or your realtor, can correct you information when you list your home. Contact me as I am located in your city a few doors north or the wells fargo bank right in down downtown Azusa and always there to serve our community since 1959.
You can come by our office or contact me via our pillow profile.

The easiest way to deal with this is to claim your home on Zillow and edit the home data. To claim your home on Zillow, hover the cursor over "edit" and then chose "claim your home". Next, hover cursor over "edit" and then you will find the ability to edit the home data. (If you've not claimed your home, then you won't be able to save the changes).

Thats not a big difference, however, those figures were probably taken from the tax records, if it is incorrect, you need to correct it there. You can also go in and claim your home under my zillow at top right and do your corrections. If you are selling you are probably going to have a realtor on both sides so they will know what really is the true stat on the property. I doubt very much whether 77 sq feet will affect your value.

This is typical of Zillow. they get the information from other sources other than the MLS. For example if you use Visual Tour Program they draw information from that so it is probably, GIGO, (garbage in garbage out.

Why is the information for my property incorrect?
