I think he's referring to the Zestimate.
Note that Zestimates are not very accurate-- in my humble opinion. My own property was undervalued by nearly $200k. And was listed *and remains as such* in the wrong subdivision.
This is especially true for areas and neighborhoods which have renovated and non-renovated propertes, and historic neighborhoods. Because it makes no distinction between these types of properties and other "sales". It also does not exclude foreclosures.
This is why it is still recommended to utilize a REALTOR or an appriaser for true valuations.
