To get a proper estimate of what your home is worth you need to either get it appraised or get a Broker Price Estimate (BPO). An appraiser can come and do an appraisal based on a number of factors to help you price your home.
But if you are specifically looking for its value on the market if you are planning to sell it talk to a real estate agent and they can do a market analysis and get you a reasonable estimate of what it's worth.
I'd be happy to help you out with this if you are interested.
Thanks

Yes, unfortunately with no address or additional information to go on, there's not much else we can answer for you. However, you should speak to a local real estate agent where this property is located to find out more information on it. Depending on where you saw it, the information may not be accurate so it's always good to do your due diligence and double check. Best of luck!

Hi! This doesn't show which property you are inquiring about. If you re-post with a link to which home you're question is about then we can help you.
Also, zillow's values for Utah are very inaccurate. Utah is a non-disclosure state. Zillow uses public information in other states to support their zestimate figures. Here in Utah though this information is not available to the public. So therefore their zestimates can be very off. I've seen some higher & some lower than what fair market value really is based on sold comparables.
If you'd like an accurate estimate of value contact a local Realtor in your area. I hope this helps you!

Why is the value low?
