Why is the value of my home decreasing, while all the others in my neighborhood are increasind?

My Home is valued less than my neighbor by $17,000 while they were always comparable.  Can you tell me why?

$17,000 Less here on Zillow? Did your neighbors make improvements? Have you claimed your home & updated all the home facts? This will give you a more accurate Zestimate. That being said, Zestimates seem to be WAY off, so I wouldn't  worry to much about it.
