Why do you say that your value if $60k off?
Zestimate is just an estimate generated by a computer.
Is it possible that the new value is closer to the actual value?
Have you called a Realtor or order an appraisal to get the value and compare it to Zestimate?
If you don't have a good Realtor to give you an estimate, let me know and I can help.

Same here. I got an email and it had decreased $72,000 overnight. It's kind of funny when you think about it especially after I've just put in over $40 thousand of improvements.
I hate that Zillow doesn't have an email address so we can send them a message because I do have a few choice words for their appraiser. That's for sure .
Good luck dealing with these clowns though. I have a feeling we are going to need it, LOL

Why is the value of my house off by over $60,000.
