Hi-
Sometimes when homes are on the border between two cities, the mailing ZIP code of a home can be different from the actual zip code the home is located in. This way only one mail carrier has to service a road rather than having to have two different carriers serving two different zip codes on the same street. You are correct, this home is in Richfield, but has a Brecksville mailing address.
Thanks
Jason

Why is the zip code for Brecksville when the house is in Richfield?
