Contact Zillow support to see what the problem is.  Zestimates really don't mean a whole lot.  They can be fun to look at as a rough estimate, but an automated system telling home values is far from foolproof.  If you are serious about finding out how much your home would sell for, contact a Realtor.  Most of us would be happy to do a free Comparative Market Analysis to help you out.
