Why is there more than 1 zillow value home value given for the same property? Please explain.

Both of the examples have different values (Zestimates), almost $100,000 difference.  Neither one of these listings is currently for sale.  This still doesn't explain why Zillow will give the same property 2 zestimates (values) with close to a $100,000.00 difference, when neither one of them are currently listed For Sale.

On both of these examples there is only 1 Zestimate listed.  In some listings you will see a price for sale and a Zestimate.  The price the home is selling for and the Zillow Estimate or Zestimate are not going to be the same.
