Why is there two values shown for my 1 house??

Profile picture for mcbut385
Hi, I own 1506 Utah St, Fairfield, Ca 94533. My home was appraised at $123k just a month ago. I look it up, and the value(s) are $113k & $325k. I am a little confused as to why there are two homes listed on the one lot and why the price is so screwy. I am sure the $113 is a lot closer to the actual price, plus it shows my profile and info about the house. The other listing has no info, no bedrooms, no nothing. hmmm, how do we get this off?
