Hi, this listing is listed by Jimmy Hermantiz, while we put it on our web site with his permission. Our web site 'syndicates' the listing out to multiple web sites including Zillow. Usually Zillow will catch that and let only one or the other show the listing. I guess we slipped through the cracks.

That's an interesting question. I couldn't tell why with out doing some research. I live in Las Vegas so I only have access to my local multiple listing service. I can tell  you that there is a common trend nowadays with most foreclosure homes.

First when a homeowner is in distress and find them selves have to short sale their home, they hire an real estate agent. Now if in some cases if the agent cant get it closed or has little experience with short sales the home could and does get foreclosed on. Then that agent is out, he lost the home.
Now the bank has taken over the home and it too finds an agent to list the home for sale. The banks often give REO agents a time line to get the home sold. If that 2nd agent can market and get the home sold with in the time allotted to them they are out. Then the home gets reassigned to agent # 3 and so forth.
Also some times the listing contract can become expired and if the agent forgets to extend the contract then the same agent has to re-list the home with a new contract.
Another scenario could be the  property is listed by one particular  real estate company and the  agents from  that office could all be marketing the same home at the same time.  Anything is possible on how and why.
