B/c of location and the change from condo /co-op to an apartment complex. It also could have same activity around it that hurts its buying outcome. It needs an Investors time. Rapid Mortgage Company can put together a plan if your looking to buy. This would be grate for students in near by colleges, our Metro is grate???????
