Why is this home taking so long to sell?

I went to an open house here ages ago -- 6 months maybe? Maybe longer. It is gorgeous -- truly beautiful. I love Hillside - a great street. I'm really surprised that the house hasn't sold more quickly at this price. Any thoughts?

According to this website, Zillow, if I answer questions it indicates I am the owner of the home. As I don't want to mnisrepresent myself you should know I'm the real estate agent.
It is sold subject to inspection.
