Why is this house listed in two places with two separate estimates?

and listed again here:

and addition to that the house information is not accurate, it is not brand new, tenants have lived in the house before.  Please correct your information on this house and location ( it is off of Pluckebalm Rd in Rockledge)

What you found is a duplicate property. Duplicates happens when we are unable to match a property or when a user accidentally creates a property not knowing that the property already exists in our database.

You can tell if it's duplicate if we lack public data under the Public Facts column (home details page).

We can send this one for deletion.
