The property in question has not been used as a private residence for a number of years, therefore, as described in the article is now going to be a residence. Zillow specializes in residential real estate, and I suspect they don't have a crystal ball about future use.

Why is this house not shown?
3400 Belcaro Drive in Denver, CO
is not shown on Zillow.
You can see it in the satellite photo, but no info is available.
