You might want to question the source you're using for the information you have. This home was not just purchased in October - the owners bought it nearly 3 years ago. It is, however, now a bank owned property and has a sale pending. As an aside, I would offer that there are many reasons why a home could be put up for sale within a short period of purchase - number one being a divorce.
