Why is this still showing? I happen to know that it is now a restaurant.

This listing is just across the alley from my father's house.  He goes there to eat almost every day. Portions of it are at least 75 years old.  The front part was his gas station/grocery store in the 1960's, and had been owned and operated as such by at least two previous owners since before 1950.  The portion at the other end of the one-story portion was a house of approximately the same vintage.  Where you get 1980 as the date built is beyond me!!!

While Zillow has active listings, it also has expired listings, SOLD listings, out dated listings, etc.  It is more of a historical registry.  As a Zillow Premier agent, you can click on my website for the most updated listing information publically available.  Also be sure to ask for accurate appraisal info, comps, etc.
