Actually that house sold in 2005 for $676,000 and the owners lost it to foreclosure so it is on the market now for $479,900. They had an offer that did not go through and maybe that offer was for $100K more but usually that info is confidential until close of escrow.

Why is this worth 100K more 6 months later? Is there 100K worth of repairs? Or is this a flipper?
