This property sold on 1/7/10 for $350,000, per the San Luis Obispo Multiple Listing Service. I agree with the previous post about the reason for duplication. Based on the current market in San Luis Obispo, the value is likely closer to the lower number.

There is duplicate home detail pages, it is happened when a property previously listed forsale.
The higher estimate maybe correct.
