Why is zillow missing streets and new homes in my neighborhood?

Profile picture for wherchat
A newly constructed subdivison , Belleview, directly behind my home in Lynchburg is not on Zillow.  There have  been 5 sales in the past 2 years ranging from $208,000-$263,700. Street addresses on Creekview Court and Emeline Drive.  Zillow doesn't show these sales.  In fact the entire subdivision is not on your map.  Therefore, it doesn't appear that your  Zestimate of comparative market value includes these recent sales.

Be patient, eventually they will have all the info. It takes time.
