Scan through the photos your agent is offering for your property. (I have high standards for my agent's advertising (including photos).) If it was mine, I'd request that some of the photos get deleted and others retaken. For example, there are a couple of attractive swimming pool photos so why one of almost empty pool? Why two photos of the front of the house, one looks great and the other is so different I had to scroll back to see if it was the same house.
Spell check in the description would also be useful.
Looks like it has been on the market for a long time, must be trying of the patience.

The MLS allows us to put up to 25 pictures and one of the big advantages your house has, is the pool but your listing doesn't have a single picture of it.
You may want to ask you agent to post the pool photos there. unless you specifically didn't want any.

Why is zilow blocking my agent's MLS listing? The photos and descriptions were showing now are not?
