Thanks for the help. FYI, the subject property located at 157 9th Street Del Mar, CA 92014 is on a 9120 square foot lot and is located in the R2 Zoned area of Del Mar (where two units are allowed on each lot). All single family homes in this R2 zone must record a condo map in order to allow individual ownership of each unit. As a result a two unit condo map has been recorded with both of the properties given the same lot size of 4560 square feet. There are "boiler plate" CC&R's but no HOA fees. So, yes this is a legal condo property, but it acts like a fee simple property on a 4560 square foot lot. Please revise Zillow's data to reflect a 4560 square foot lot size which should increase the Zillowestimate of value to conform with the other like properties in the neighborhood. Thank you.

Sometimes it's easier to go into Google and type the address followed by Zillow.
Ie '123 Main Street Anytown MN Zillow'
The Zillow listing is here.

Here's a link to the property description on Zillow. You will note that there is no lot size shown, and when data are missing the Zestimate tends to respond as if it is a very low number. Perhaps as it is a condo, the lot size is not appropriate. (I don't know why you can't find it, it came right up for me from entering the address on the home page).
What approach are you taking to get your listing on Zillow? As Zillow doesn't syndicate with the various MLSs (or last I heard it was only 2 of the 700 MLSs in the US), putting it on the MLS doesn't mean that it appears on Zillow. Here's a link to a broker's feed FAQ. Here's a link for agents on using Zillow. I hope that gets you started on the right foot.

Why isn't my house listed?
