Why isn't there a selection for "walkout" basements in the home description?

To my knowledge this costs more to build & increases the home value. They should be fairly common around the country. When I've looked for homes "walkouts" always have a higher price tag. Yes, I own a walkout.
Three homes on my street-all the same model & sold the same year. One (walkout) sold for $15,000 more than the other two. On Zillow all three are estimated within $3,000!

Walk-out basements typically do draw higher buyer demand.  It is my understanding that Zillow determines values based primarily on averages.  The averaging algorithm does not likely take into account such features as a walk-out basement, or interior upgrades.  The Zillow values are a good guide, but if you want a more precise valuation of your property, I'd recommend hiring an appraiser, or speaking to a Realtor.
