Zillow cannot see the improvements in your home. They are working on putting the owner's estimate feature back on the site, but until then you can add a Zesitmate comment or note improvements in your home description.

Richard is right - claim your home and then edit the posting so that your renovations are noted where categories exist for adjustment. Once done it will be taken into consideration and should positively impact value.

Most houses in the US have decreased in value since 2010. Have you claimed your home and shared the renovations? The Zestimate is calculated from the core facts of the home, and it is not possible to use the Zestimate to evaluate condition.

Once you claim the home, you can edit the info. Go to the home's listing page, click Edit and Edit Home Facts. Now you can update when the home was updated, and other key features about the home. This should be taken into consideration next time a Zestimate is done. Keep in mind, a Zestimate is still only an estimate and not meant to be taken as actual value!

Zillow readily admits that its Zestimates are merely estimates based upon public records. You can make changes to your home. First claim the home as yours. Once claimed, you can edit the info you wrote about, except the Zestimate. It may take Zillow a couple of months to get to your property for Zestimate review.
Why my house value is lowered down although the house was renovated?
I observe that Zillow recently decreases the estimate value of my house. However, the house has been recently fully renovated since it was purchased in March 2010.
How can this be reflected in the house estimate value presented by Zillow?
