Why my listing is not coming my on MY LISTINGS link on my profile (but it is coming up on Zillow)

Also, why so many agents have a huge number of listings under their My Listings link (seems like those not really THEIR listings)
For example this agent has 279 listings
What does it mean?

Hi Leeza -

Did you try claiming your listings? Your listings are maybe on the site but they are not attaching to your profile because of an email mismatch. You may claim them manually or add a secondary e-mail to link your listing to your profile.

As for your other concern, I have followed up with the agent in question.
