I sold mine next door 10236 2 years ago for 675. the sepic tank is in the front yyard and over flowed about the same time I sold mine. I went by there last week there was a notice on the window keep out. not sure if iy was comdemed

This house is not connected to the public sewers, and is using a septic tank in the back. Maybe this is the reason why.
