I guess it all depends on your area. Many folks say that Zillow is too low for their area. Right now, I think it depends on the assessed value and how many short sales/REO's are in the local market. Until they are reassessed or sell to a new owner, prices on Zillow for that area may be higher than the going rate in the market. The market has been changing very fast in some areas.
